The first part of 2010 Semi-annual Outreach Program of the Local Government Unit of Manito, Albay commenced, at Brgy. Cavit on March 23, 2010.

The said activity was spearheaded by Hon. Mayor Caesar S. Daep, members of the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Hon. Vice-Mayor Salvador Gonzales IV and the 2010 Outreach Program Team headed by Oscar Ollet, Municipal Assessor.

Each barangay of Manito is a recipient of this program wherein usual medical and dental services will be given to the people. Additional services such as distribution of seeds and seedlings and supplemental feeding to under nourished children will also be implemented by the Municipal Agricultural Services (MAS) Office. Community College of Manito (CCM) successfully celebrated its 1st Foundation Day Anniversary, March 12, 2010.

Present during the celebration were Hon. Caesar S. Daep, Municipal Mayor, Hon. Vice Mayor Salvador Gonzales IV and some members of the Sangguniang Bayan.

CCM Faculty and spectators enjoyed the overwhelming performances prepared by the pioneer students wherein it highlighted the event. Hon. Mayor Daep, CCM chairman of the Board of Trustees in his speech expressed his gratitude to all individuals and entities that helped to make the institution a reality.
